The Mission of the Educational services at the Julie Nation Academy is developing self-esteem and confidence as taught through the Personal Development Program and Personality Workshops conducted in all career trainings.

Career training is taught in Professional Modeling, TV Commercial and Film Acting, Voice-Over Acting, Portfolio Program, and High Fashion Runway Modeling (also called our "Troupe".)

All instructors are active professionals in their modeling, acting, voice-over or fashion careers; many have degrees or credentials.

Special accelerated sessions are also offered in the summer, as well as special week-long "summer camps".

Modeling and Acting Portfolio shoots are included in the tuition of some of the courses, and are available to all that qualify for our Professional Personal Career Management Division. Photography is also offered separately from training to enhance one's portfolio.

Julie Nation Model and Talent Management offers job placement assistance for students and graduates of Julie Nation Academy and qualified graduates of other bona fide schools. Local West Coast and international jobs are represented through agents and employers. See "Career Express"on our website.

Students and graduates are promoted to San Francisco, LA, and New York agents and other key market areas through a special event held annually called the "Julie Nation International Model & Talent Search"! This event is an opportunity to perform in front of agents, as well as to be interviewed by them individually. Through this yearly event, many graduates have accomplished national TV commercials, photography print in national magazines, sitcoms, and other valuable sources of employment and career advancement. Participants come from all over the U.S. for this unique opportunity, which is open for the public and graduates of other schools. Local hotels offer special convention rates for our guests.

Julie Nation Academy is dedicated to excellence in education and Julie Nation has personally been awarded a Senate Commendation from the California State Legislature. Personal attention is emphasized through small, dynamic classes that average eight students per session.

Individualized service in job placement assistance is offered through Julie Nation Model & Talent Management, which works directly with employers, agents, and casting directors. This aspect of our company is also referred to as Personal Career Management; please see "Career Express"on our website.
