This immersive program is designed to guide individuals toward self-discovery,
self-love, and authentic self-expression. It combines ancient wisdom and modern
tools to help participants understand themselves, set healthy boundaries, and
harness their unique gifts. Through the integration of energy work, psychological
principles, and innovative personal growth techniques, this program fosters a
sense of connection and belonging in a safe, supportive environment.

Foundations of Self-Love and Self-Awareness
• Introduction to Self-Love: Defining self-love and its importance for overall well-being.
• Self-Esteem Building: Exercises and practices to cultivate confidence and inner strength.
• Individual Innovation: Encouraging participants to explore their unique talents and strengths, embracing their individuality as a core asset.
• The Psychology of Self-Worth: Understanding how past experiences shape self-esteem and learning techniques to reframe limiting beliefs.
Boundaries and Emotional Resilience
• Setting and Honoring Boundaries: Tools for establishing healthy boundaries with self and others.
• Emotional Intelligence and Resilience: Techniques for recognizing, processing, and dealing with emotions in healthy ways.
• Jin Shin Jyutsu Basics: Introduction to this Japanese art of balancing the body’s energy and reducing stress.
Energy Awareness and Healing
• Energy Work Essentials: Introduction to energy systems, including the aura, energy centers, Human Design types, emotional and body decoding.
• Practical Energy Healing Techniques: Simple, effective methods for personal energy protection, cleansing and balancing as well as the home environment.
• S.U.N. Energies: Energy group work session where participants experience healing energy in a safe space.
Human Design and Self-Discovery
• Understanding Your Human Design: More on the principles of Human Design and how it provides a roadmap to one’s true authentic self.
• Personal Profile Deep Dive: Guided exploration of each participant’s Human Design profiles/environments energy centers and more and how they influence decisions, interactions, and personal growth.
• Harnessing Your Unique Blueprint: Applying Human Design insights to set authentic goals and cultivate self-acceptance based on ones Human Design strategy and authority.
Connection Circle
• Finishing Up Human Design Segment: Overview of previous Human Design session.
• Harnessing Your Unique Blueprint: Applying Human Design insights to set authentic goals and cultivate self-acceptance based on ones Human Design strategy and authority.
• Eye Gazing, Group Movement and Sound: Exercises to foster a supportive environment where participants feel seen, heard, and validated.
• Authentic Expression: Guided practice in sharing openly and vulnerably in a safe group setting.
Emotion Decoding
• Release your biggest trapped emotions: Some of the biggest emotions that are stuck in the body will be released with expert energy worker Christina Fullmer.
• Body-Mind Connection: Understanding how some emotions manifest physically with Dr. Tari Webber. This work will take place simultaneously with the emotion energy release.
•Guided Meditation: A meditation of integration that helps connect the spirit and the body.
Psychology and the Subconscious Mind
• Introduction to Key Psychological Concepts: Foundational concepts in psychology that support personal growth and emotional health.
• Uncovering Subconscious Patterns: Techniques to identify and reframe limiting beliefs and thought patterns.
• Self-Compassion Through Grace Practice: Guided meditation and exercises to cultivate self-kindness and forgiveness.
