Congratulations to our April Showcase Participants!

On April 28th, Julie Nation models, actors, singers, and dancers performed for a panel of agents, casting directors, and local employers during our Model & Talent Showcase. Performances are held in the morning of this all-day event, with callback interviews during the afternoon. This is how many of our aspiring new talents begin their careers in the entertainment industry, and this April's event was one of our most successful yet!

With only a few weeks following our Showcase, over 50% of our participants have scheduled follow-up interviews at agency offices, received contract offers, and/or booked work as a direct result! And the offers are still coming in! We can't wait to hear which agencies our participants sign with!

During this exciting day, we also held our annual Graduation & Awards Luncheon, presenting students and graduates of our classes in Modeling, Acting, Self-Improvement, and Singing with their class diplomas and awards they have been nominated for by Julie Nation staff and instructors. Highlights of this event included our guest speakers Kali Marie and Derek Stefan, who shared their testimonials as Julie Nation graduates currently working in the entertainment industry. Our recent Performance Singing graduates Sophia, Danica, and Dayren performed their final song choices as entertainment for our lunch, followed by the Performance Divisions for our Showcase participants.

Could you be the next Julie Nation success story? We are excited to announce that our next Showcase will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Waterfall Towers in Santa Rosa. Sign up by May 31st to receive a $100 discount on the registration fee, which includes preparatory workshops to get you ready! For more information on Showcase, click here.

A Letter From Julie Nation Academy

With heavy hearts, sadness and pain, we continue to watch the division across the country. It has been a painful week for our nation as people protest the killing of George Floyd, and all those killed
